Their courage in pursuing accountability and closure for the victims and their family is truly commendable.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Germarcus Lamar David, 32, of Lancaster, was convicted of five counts of first-degree murder and three counts of assault on a child causing death. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The special circumstance allegation of multiple murders was found true. The allegation that he used a firearm was also found true, along with several circumstances in aggravation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Father arrested in fatal shooting of his 4 young children, their grandmother in Lancaster | ABC7\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/AZCNt02Ai6k?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">David is expected to be sentenced April 24.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">On November 28, 2021, David fatally shot the victims at the family home in the 3500 block of Garnet Lane in Lancaster. The victims are: 51-year-old Erika England.; 11-year-old Namyiah D.; 7-year-old Germarcus D.
