style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The indictment alleges that he used Instagram to advertise sexually explicit images of high school girls without their consent, distributed child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and threatened victims who objected to his actions.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"yiv0650722595MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Alejandro Garcia Aranda, 23, of Sylmar, is charged with one count of advertisement of child pornography, one count of distribution of child pornography, and one count of transmitting threatening communications with intent to extort, officials stated.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv0650722595MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">According to the indictment that a federal grand jury returned on June 27, in April and May of 2020, Aranda used\u00a0the Instagram handle \u201cvalleyhoezzz818\u201d with the self-proclaimed goal of \u201c[e]xposing all valley hoes with their @\u2019s\u201d to target local girls who attended schools in the San Fernando Valley.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv0650722595MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle to receive payments from customers seeking to obtain sexually explicit content of the victims he had advertised and offered for sale on his Instagram account. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv0650722595MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">After receiving and confirming payment, Aranda would then allegedly send a direct message to customers via Instagram, providing a link to a zip file containing the sexually explicit photographs of his victims.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"flex flex-grow flex-col max-w-full\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<div class=\"min-h-[20px] text-message flex flex-col items-start whitespace-pre-wrap break-words [.text-message+&amp;]:mt-5 juice:w-full juice:items-end overflow-x-auto
