Piecuch told the victim he was a 13-year-old boy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv1651237340MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">In January 2021, Piecuch and Minor Victim 1 texted each other, during which time he persuaded her to send him sexually explicit images of herself. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv1651237340MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Piecuch also persuaded Minor Victim 1 to take and send him sexually explicit photographs of Minor Victim 2, a 5-year-old girl.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv1651237340MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Minor Victim 1\u2019s mother saw some of the text messages between her daughter and Piecuch on one of the girl\u2019s mobile devices, which prompted her to contact law enforcement, according to court documents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv1651237340MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-57110 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/images-63.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"222\" height=\"227\" \/>U.S. District Judge John W. Holcomb scheduled an Oct. 25 sentencing hearing.
