Wednesday found a former Army private based at Fort Irwin guilty of producing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3678453661MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The pornography depicted a 14-year-old girl, using Snapchat to receive CSAM of her when she was 13 years old, and possessing CSAM featuring her on his iPhone. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3678453661MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">In addition, White was found guilty of receiving CSAM of a 15-year-old girl via Snapchat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3678453661MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Parker William White, 23, of Johnsonville, New York, was found guilty of one count of production of child pornography, three counts of receipt of child pornography, and one count of possession of child pornography.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3678453661MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-55381 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/s2rcajbbxx0-207x300.jpg\" alt=\"brown wooden pipe in dark room\" width=\"207\" height=\"300\" https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/s2rcajbbxx0.jpg 827w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 207px) 100vw, 207px\" \/>According to evidence presented during a five-day trial in Jan. 2022, the Department of Children and Families in Bay County, Florida, received a tip that White was engaging in an online sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3678453661MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Later, investigators found CSAM of her on White\u2019s iPhone as well as CSAM that White had received via Snapchat featuring her and another minor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3678453661MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">White used Instagram, Snapchat, and other social media platforms to find minor \u201cgirlfriends\u201d as young as 13 years old, according to court documents.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3678453661MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"> White groomed these minor girls by boasting about his military service, telling them that they were \u201cbeautiful\u201d and \u201cqueens,\u201d and pretending to be in love with them.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3678453661MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">In some instances, White deceptively portrayed himself as a teenager to earn their trust.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3678453661MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-5414 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/U.S.-Department-of-Homeland-Security-300x184.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"184\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/U.S.-Department-of-Homeland-Security-300x184.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/U.S.-Department-of-Homeland-Security.jpg 584w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>White\u2019s behavior would then escalate to a practice that he called \u201cteasing.\u201d\u00a0 He would send these children sexually explicit videos and photographs of himself via social media and encourage them to \u201ctease\u201d him back by doing the same.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3678453661MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">U.S. District Judge Andr\u00e9 Birotte Jr. scheduled a Feb. 7 sentencing hearing.\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">At that hearing, White faces up to 100 years in federal prison.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3678453661MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">White has been in custody since his arrest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3678453661MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Homeland Security Investigations, the Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division, and the Bay County Sheriff&#8217;s Office investigated this case.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3678453661MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Assistant U.S. Attorneys Lyndsi C. Allsop of the Violent and Organized Crime Section and Laura A.
