Montilla\u2019s actions caused the deaths of 11 of those people.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"At Least 11 Dead After Boat Of Migrants Capsized Off Puerto Rico Coast\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/G3IguNdjSnc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The defendant is expected to be sentenced later this year.
