While there, he drugged and sexually assaulted women in his government-leased home.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Government employee with SD ties arrested for sexual assault\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/D7IjLVyIjbo?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 20px;\">Between 2006 and 2020, Raymond drugged and recorded 28 victims while they were nude or partially nude, and admitted to drugging two others.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 20px;\">Many recordings show him touching the victims&#8217; bodies while they were unconscious. That\u2019s not who I am and yet it\u2019s who I became,&#8221; NBC News reported.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 20px;\">\u201cBrian Raymond sexually exploited dozens of women over the course of 14 years, including while he served abroad as a U.S. government employee,\u201d said Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Nicole M. Argentieri, head of the Justice Department\u2019s Criminal Division.\u00a0\u201cToday\u2019s sentence underscores the Criminal Division\u2019s commitment to prosecuting sexual abuse in violation of federal law \u2014 no matter where those violations occur or who commits them. We are grateful for the valuable partnership we have with the Mexican government and will continue to work with our domestic and international partners to pursue justice for victims of sexual exploitation.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 20px;\">\u201cThis case demonstrates the strong commitment of the Diplomatic Security Service to work with our law enforcement partners here and abroad to investigate public servants in positions of trust who commit sexual assault anywhere in the world,\u201d said Director Carlos F.
