Through threats and violence \u2014 shootings and murders \u2014 the Lows have long sought to establish dominion over large swaths of our city,\u201d said U.S. Attorney Andrew Luger for the District of Minnesota.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The following defendants face charges, including RICO conspiracy and conspiracy to distribute drugs:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Ashimiyu Alowonle II<\/strong> (aka Cash, 38) &#8211; RICO conspiracy and drug distribution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Timothy Callender III<\/strong> (aka Lil\u2019 Tim, 26) &#8211; RICO conspiracy and drug distribution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Glenn Carter III<\/strong> (aka G5\/Bossman Carter, 23) &#8211; RICO conspiracy, firearm possession resulting in death, drug distribution, and a murder on May 14, 2022.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Victor Collins<\/strong> (aka Vic, 22) &#8211; RICO conspiracy, firearm possession resulting in death, drug-related charges, and murder\/attempted murder on February 27.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Damari Douglas<\/strong> (aka Mari, 20) &#8211; RICO conspiracy, felon in possession, machine gun possession, and murder on December 3, 2023.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Deontae Jackson<\/strong> (aka Leef, 35) &#8211; RICO conspiracy and drug distribution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Shannon Jackson<\/strong> (aka Shakedown, 32) &#8211; RICO conspiracy, firearm possession resulting in death, drug charges, and murder on April 27, 2023.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Robert Knights Jr.<\/strong> (aka CMB Rob\/Lil\u2019 Rob, 19) &#8211; RICO conspiracy, drug charges, and firearm possession.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Albert Lucas V<\/strong> (aka Abk Sav, 20) &#8211; RICO conspiracy, firearm possession resulting in death, and murders\/attempted murders on February 27 and May 6, 2021.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Kaprice Richards<\/strong> (aka Kap, 23) &#8211; RICO conspiracy, firearm possession resulting in death, attempted murder on May 29, 2022, and murder on April 27, 2023.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Cartrelle Smith<\/strong> (aka Poo Moe, 27) &#8211; RICO conspiracy, drug charges, and firearm possession.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">If convicted, the defendants could face sentences up to life in prison.
