\"FBINathaniel James Holmes, a 51-year-old from Jacksonville, Florida, was charged with four counts of threatening to harm others.<\/span><\/p>\n

If convicted, he could face up to 20 years in prison.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the indictment, Holmes threatened to kill three specific people, their children, and members of the Jewish and African American communities. He was arrested on November 1st and is currently detained pending a mental health evaluation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The FBI; U.S. Customs and Border Protection; Naval Criminal Investigative Service; Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives; and U.S. Secret Service are investigating the case.<\/span><\/p>\n

Assistant U.S. Attorneys Kelly S. Milliron and Michael J. Coolican for the Middle District of Florida and Trial Attorney Jacob Warren of the Justice Department’s National Security Division are prosecuting the case.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
