She submitted false time sheets and other documents to get the facility to pay these fake employees, and then she stole the money from their paychecks. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The facility lost approximately $103,094 due to the fraud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7880 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Registered-Nurse-Logo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"215\" height=\"234\" \/>\u201cThe defendant in this case stole money that should have been used to provide nursing and rehabilitative care to older Americans,\u201d said Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Brian M. Boynton, head of the Justice Department\u2019s Civil Division. \u201cThe Justice Department will vigorously investigate and prosecute those who commit crimes that affect programs that benefit vulnerable Americans.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Richardson pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Jorge L. Alonso in Chicago, Illinois. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">A sentencing date will be set by the court.
