He is currently in state custody.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-26164 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Orange-County-Sheriffs-Department-256x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"256\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Orange-County-Sheriffs-Department-256x300.png 256w, https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Orange-County-Sheriffs-Department.png 333w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 256px) 100vw, 256px\" \/>The indictment states that on March 25, 2023, Abdallah distributed fentanyl to a victim identified as \u201cC.R.\u201d in Mission Viejo. C.R. overdosed and died after using the drug. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">On May 15, 2023, in Aliso Viejo, Abdallah allegedly distributed fentanyl again, this time to \u201cL.F.,\u201d who also died from a fatal overdose.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">On June 10, 2023, Abdallah was allegedly found in possession of 2.9 pounds of fentanyl. He was also reportedly carrying two firearms, including an AR-15-style pistol with no serial number, commonly known as a \u201cghost gun.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv9504857301MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">If<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\"> convicted of all charges, Abdallah faces up to life in prison. He is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv9504857301MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Drug Enforcement Administration and the Orange County Sheriff\u2019s Department are investigating this matter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv9504857301MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assistant U.S. Attorney Lisa J.
