They used these IDs to access credit at major retailers such as Ulta Beauty, Sephora, Nordstrom, Macy\u2019s, Kohl\u2019s, and Saks Fifth Avenue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"624\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"622\">Sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Stephen V. Wilson:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"625\" data-end=\"1070\">\n<li data-start=\"625\" data-end=\"768\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"671\">Kar Kee \u201cSteven\u201d Cheung, 36, Chino Hills<\/strong> \u2013 42 months for visa fraud, possession of ID-making equipment, and conspiracy to commit fraud.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"884\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"800\">Qian Guo, 37, Chino Hills<\/strong> \u2013 33 months for possession of ID-making equipment and conspiracy to commit fraud.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"988\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong data-start=\"887\" data-end=\"929\">Chongming \u201cMing\u201d Wang, 28, Temple City<\/strong> \u2013 18 months for conspiracy and aiding fraud over $1,000.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"989\" data-end=\"1070\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1028\">Jiaozhu \u201cYanny\u201d Yan, 30, Alhambra<\/strong> \u2013 12 months and one day for visa fraud.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1072\" data-end=\"1197\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Previously, <strong data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1124\">Sizhen \u201cRachel\u201d Liu, 35, Chino Hills<\/strong>, was sentenced to 50 months for conspiracy and fraud exceeding $1,000.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1365\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The final defendant, <strong data-start=\"1220\" data-end=\"1258\">Hyun Woo \u201cScott\u201d Jung, 30, Ontario<\/strong>, pleaded guilty on February 10 to conspiracy and possession of false IDs.
