What we’re witnessing isn’t just political strong-arming \u2014 it’s a full-blown shakedown more reminiscent of banana republics ruled by tinpot dictators than a functioning democracy.<\/span><\/p>\n

When cowardly institutions like the law firm Paul Weiss engage in this kind of extortion, they’re not just enabling corruption\u2014they’re laying out the red carpet for it.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This is how the Billionaire Caste System in America now <\/strong>operates in the nation’s highest court: luxury vacations for Supreme Court justices, Ivy League tuition for their relatives, home renovations on someone else’s dime, expensive vacations, jet rides like it’s Uber for the elite.<\/span><\/p>\n

It’s legal bribery, disguised in designer suits and loophole language, and it lacks a Code of Conduct with teeth.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

And now, we’re teetering on the edge of “Get Out of Jail Free” cards for former presidents \u2014 see Trump v. United States (2024)<\/em> \u2014 and the echo of Citizens United v. FEC (2010)<\/em>, which spawned Elon Musk and handed a megaphone to corporations while silencing the public.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The 2010 ruling didn’t just “give voice” to corporations \u2014 it handed them the mic, the stage, and the power switch. It gave us Elon Musk via a “donation” to Trump.<\/span><\/p>\n
