He pleaded not guilty to a 115-count indictment that includes wire fraud, mail fraud, and money laundering. A trial is set for May 20.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_58657\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-58657\" style=\"width: 259px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-58657 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/download.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"259\" height=\"194\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-58657\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Drug Lord Pablo Escobar<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"596\" data-end=\"830\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Prosecutors say Gustafsson, CEO of Escobar Inc., marketed fake products\u2014including phones, flamethrowers, and \u201cphysical cryptocurrency\u201d\u2014using Escobar\u2019s name and image. From 2019 to 2023, customers paid for products they never received.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"1129\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">To promote the scheme, Gustafsson allegedly sent doctored samples to tech reviewers, including gold-wrapped Samsung phones passed off as Escobar devices.
