Staton.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"418\" data-end=\"647\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Moore admitted to conspiring with addiction treatment facility operators from February to December 2020, steering patients to their programs in exchange for kickbacks, knowing the centers would fraudulently bill private insurance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"649\" data-end=\"854\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">While out on bond, Moore violated release conditions, including selling two firearms and a high-capacity drum magazine in May 2023.
