Authorities allege he continued to traffic drugs even after the deaths and was found with a revolver and ammunition, despite <strong data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1019\">10 prior felony convictions<\/strong>, most for drug dealing between 1997 and 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1180\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">If convicted on all counts, Evans faces a <strong data-start=\"1109\" data-end=\"1142\">mandatory minimum of 25 years<\/strong> and up to <strong data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1179\">life in federal prison<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1423\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">The case is part of the <strong data-start=\"1206\" data-end=\"1240\">DEA\u2019s Overdose Justice Program<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"1249\" data-end=\"1303\">L.A. County Sheriff\u2019s Overdose Response Task Force<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1423\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">It is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney <strong data-start=\"1355\" data-end=\"1377\">Brittney M.
