Galeotti, Head of the Justice Department\u2019s Criminal Division. \u201cKidnapping and assaulting two U.S. military service members is deplorable and the Criminal Division will continue to prioritize protecting our service members through these prosecutions. They later used the stolen credit and debit cards for purchases and cash withdrawals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"507\" data-end=\"912\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Uribe Chiran was extradited from Colombia to the U.S. in September 2024.
