Hertzberg for the Northern District of Georgia.<\/strong> \u201cOn three occasions, Khadijah Solomon allegedly tased Fulton County Jail detainees without a legitimate purpose, causing each of them pain and injury. Abuses of power of this kind are unconstitutional, erode our community\u2019s trust, and will be prosecuted.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"695\" data-end=\"857\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"897\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The <strong data-start=\"863\" data-end=\"887\">six-count indictment<\/strong> includes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"1033\">\n<li data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"969\">\n<p data-start=\"900\" data-end=\"969\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong data-start=\"900\" data-end=\"933\">Three civil rights violations<\/strong> (up to <strong data-start=\"941\" data-end=\"953\">10 years<\/strong> in prison each)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"970\" data-end=\"1033\">\n<p data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"1033\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"1007\">Three counts of false reporting<\/strong> (up to <strong data-start=\"1015\" data-end=\"1027\">20 years<\/strong> each)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1168\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The case is being investigated by the <strong data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1101\">FBI Atlanta Field Office<\/strong>, following a referral from the <strong data-start=\"1133\" data-end=\"1167\">Fulton County Sheriff\u2019s Office<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1291\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Prosecutors include Assistant U.S. Attorneys <strong data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1230\">Bret Hobson<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1232\" data-end=\"1246\">Brent Gray<\/strong>, and DOJ Trial Attorney <strong data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1290\">Briana M.
