Members are accused of committing multiple violent acts, including:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"473\" data-end=\"725\">\n<li data-start=\"473\" data-end=\"519\">\n<p data-start=\"475\" data-end=\"519\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">A June 2022 murder in Alexandria, Virginia<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"520\" data-end=\"574\">\n<p data-start=\"522\" data-end=\"574\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">A July 2021 attempted shooting in Washington, D.C.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"575\" data-end=\"649\">\n<p data-start=\"577\" data-end=\"649\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">An August 2021 armed robbery and pistol-whipping in Hollywood, Florida<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"650\" data-end=\"725\">\n<p data-start=\"652\" data-end=\"725\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">A January 2021 attempted double murder in Winston-Salem, North Carolina<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p title=\"\" data-start=\"727\" data-end=\"911\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\" data-speechifyclicktoplay-highlight=\"true\" data-speechifyclicktoplay-no-background=\"true\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Prosecutors allege the gang financed its operations by trafficking large quantities of pressed fentanyl pills and recruiting minors to carry out acts of violence and drug distribution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u201cAs alleged, RTC members unleashed a wave of violence across three states and the District of Columbia, extending down the East Coast to Florida,\u201d said Matthew R. Galeotti, Head of the Justice Department\u2019s Criminal Division. \u201cTheir commission of brutal, indiscriminate acts over perceived slights on social media reflects a particularly dangerous form of gang activity.
