A federal jury convicted him on Nov. 20, 2024, of <strong data-start=\"273\" data-end=\"315\">conspiracy to murder federal employees<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"317\" data-end=\"359\">solicitation to commit a violent crime<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"365\" data-end=\"398\">threatening federal officials<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"401\" data-end=\"693\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">According to court records, Kelley created a \u201c<strong data-start=\"447\" data-end=\"460\">kill list<\/strong>\u201d targeting members of the FBI, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, local police departments, and state law enforcement. He shared this list\u2014along with videos of his targets\u2014with a co-conspirator as part of what he called a \u201cmission.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"695\" data-end=\"966\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The co-defendant, who pleaded guilty and cooperated, testified that he and Kelley planned <strong data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"849\">attacks using car bombs and drone-mounted incendiary devices<\/strong> at the FBI\u2019s Knoxville office.
