Quadri concealed his ownership of the property on court financial disclosures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1137\" data-end=\"1355\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Investigators also found on his phone <strong data-start=\"1175\" data-end=\"1220\">17 fake checks totaling over $3.3 million<\/strong>, and food-aid debit cards meant for developmentally disabled children connected to his California daycare business, <strong data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1354\">Rock of Peace<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"1540\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The case was investigated by the <strong data-start=\"1390\" data-end=\"1424\">U.S. Postal Inspection Service<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1426\" data-end=\"1462\">Homeland Security Investigations<\/strong>, and the <strong data-start=\"1472\" data-end=\"1490\">California EDD<\/strong>.
