Security later found Hodgson in the parking lot with a visible firearm and magazine. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"367\" data-end=\"677\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">After refusing repeated demands to leave, police were called.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"827\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3590 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Long-Beach-Police.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Long-Beach-Police.jpg 250w, https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Long-Beach-Police-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/>Upon arrival, Long Beach officers encountered an uncooperative Hodgson. He allegedly resisted arrest and injured one officer during the altercation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"1076\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Hodgson faces three felony counts of resisting an executive officer, one felony count of battery on a peace officer with injury, and three misdemeanor firearm-related charges. Prosecutors allege his conduct posed a serious danger to public safety.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1248\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">He was arraigned on Friday and ordered to surrender his firearms, remain in California, and attend three alcohol counseling meetings weekly. His next court date is July 17.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1250\" data-end=\"1306\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">If convicted, Hodgson faces up to seven years in prison.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1399\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The case is being prosecuted
