At trial, prosecutors showed that on August 4, 2019, while on duty, Dupree conducted a traffic stop in Washington, D.C., and pepper-sprayed a handcuffed man seated in his patrol car.<\/span><\/p>\n

The FBI Washington Field Office investigated the case. <\/span><\/p>\n
