The crew retaliated against the known whistleblower, lied to the Coast Guard, destroyed key evidence\u2014including a printout from the engine control room\u2014and fabricated backdated personnel reviews to discredit the whistleblower.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" title=\"\" data-start=\"363\" data-end=\"396\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Sentencing is set for October 16.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"398\" data-end=\"717\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\" data-speechifyplaybackhighlighter-highlight=\"true\"><span
