The site allowed subscribers to stream or download hundreds of thousands of pirated TV episodes \u2014 more than any licensed platform, including Netflix or Amazon Prime.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Kristopher Dallmann (42)<\/strong> \u2013 Sentenced to 84 months<\/strong> in prison for conspiracy, distribution, public performance, and money laundering.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Peter Huber (67)<\/strong> \u2013 18 months<\/strong> in prison.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Jared Jaurequi aka Jared Edwards (44)<\/strong> \u2013 Time served (5 months)<\/strong>, plus 180 days home confinement and 500 hours community service.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Felipe Garcia (43)<\/strong> \u2013 49 days<\/strong> in prison, three years probation, and 1,000 hours community service.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Douglas Courson (65)<\/strong> \u2013 48 days<\/strong> in prison and three years probation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u201cDigital crimes are not victimless crimes,\u201d said U.S. Attorney Sigal Chattah for the District of Nevada. \u201cThe copyright owners lost millions of dollars as a result of the illegal paid streaming service.<\/span>\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

    \"LaJetflicks utilized automated software to harvest pirated content globally, hosting it on servers located in the U.S. and Canada. The service delivered episodes to tens of thousands of paying users, often within 24 hours of airing, operating across multiple platforms and devices.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Prosecutors estimated the total value of the infringement at $37.5 million<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Dallmann personally profited millions, and all defendants played key roles in managing the site, from programming and content acquisition to customer support.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Additional Convictions:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      Darryl Polo<\/strong> pleaded guilty to his roles in both Jetflicks and another illegal site, iStreamItAll<\/em>, and was sentenced to 57 months<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Luis Villarino<\/strong> also pleaded guilty and received a sentence of 12 months and one day<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Yoany Vaillant<\/strong>, tried separately, was convicted in November 2024 and is scheduled to be sentenced on Sept. 4<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
