Roberson also faces a charge of falsifying a logbook to cover up his actions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" title=\"\" data-start=\"388\" data-end=\"660\" smoldering fire in the inmate\u2019s cell\u2014failing to extinguish it, evacuate the inmate, remove the smoke, or call a fire emergency\u2014and left him locked inside for hours until he died from
