A second victim suffered a broken nose as the fight spilled into the street.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"1038\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Mamatov was charged by a bill of information on July 3 and pleaded guilty to violating the Hate Crimes Prevention Act. The offense carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison.
