Frate admitted he knew his actions were unjustified but continued to deploy the taser despite the arrestee\u2019s pleas to stop.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"302\" data-end=\"561\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Frate faces up to 10 years in prison.
