Since 2019, investigators say the business exported consumer electronics and gift cards worth hundreds of millions of dollars, most believed to be purchased with stolen funds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1289\" data-end=\"1406\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Authorities searched both warehouses and Delafraz\u2019s residence. They also seized <strong data-start=\"1369\" data-end=\"1403\">Wireless World\u2019s bank accounts<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1441\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Links to Prior Federal Cases<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1510\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The investigation ties Delafraz and Daneshgar to known fraudsters:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1512\" data-end=\"2056\">\n<li data-start=\"1512\" data-end=\"1749\">\n<p data-start=\"1514\" data-end=\"1749\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong data-start=\"1514\" data-end=\"1527\">Blade Bai<\/strong>, 37, of El Monte \u2013 serving a 15-year prison sentence for money laundering. Bai supplied electronics and gift cards linked to <strong data-start=\"1653\" data-end=\"1672\">telephone scams<\/strong>, where victims were tricked into buying gift cards and handing over codes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1750\" data-end=\"2056\">\n<p data-start=\"1752\" data-end=\"2056\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong data-start=\"1752\" data-end=\"1779\">Juan Carlos Thola-Duran<\/strong>, 58, a.k.a. \u201cParcero,\u201d of Canyon Country \u2013 accused of supplying stolen electronics and gift cards between 2018 and 2024. He remains in federal custody and is scheduled for trial in <strong data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"1977\">January 2026<\/strong> on separate federal charges tied to <strong data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2053\">South American crime tourism groups<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2058\" data-end=\"2104\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Fraudulent Purchases from Major Retailers<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2105\" data-end=\"2425\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Prosecutors say Delafraz and Daneshgar also purchased merchandise directly from <strong data-start=\"2185\" data-end=\"2234\">Best Buy, The Home Depot, and other retailers<\/strong>. They allegedly used <strong data-start=\"2256\" data-end=\"2290\">fraudulently loaded gift cards<\/strong>, many tied to stolen credit cards, to buy electronics that were then shipped overseas or funneled through mailboxes they controlled.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2427\" data-end=\"2458\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Federal Criminal Complaint<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2459\" data-end=\"2589\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Authorities emphasized that the charges are currently allegations.
