California\u2019s Employment Development Department then issued her $54,360 in benefits on a debit card mailed to Los Angeles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"895\" data-end=\"1116\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">She faces up to 30 years in federal prison for the disaster fraud count and 20 years for mail fraud. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"895\" data-end=\"1116\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Sentencing is set for January 26, 2026, before U.S. District Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald.
