We keep hearing about \u201clife, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.\u201d But those words aren\u2019t in the Constitution\u2014they belong to Jefferson\u2019s Declaration of Independence. The Constitution speaks more bluntly: liberty, due process, equal protection.<\/span><\/div>\n
