Why aren\u2019t judges slamming Bondi and her DOJ henchmen with fines for turning federal courtrooms into Trump\u2019s private vendetta shop?<\/strong> Why aren\u2019t they being dragged in front of the bench for contempt when they weaponize the law to settle scores?<\/span><\/p>\n

And where the hell is the American Bar Association? Complaints against Bondi<\/strong>\u2014lodged by judges, lawyers, and legal experts in Florida\u2014are gathering dust on a shelf. Why? Because she carries the title of U.S. Attorney General. That\u2019s not oversight; that\u2019s cowardice.<\/span><\/p>\n

What Trump and Bondi are building isn\u2019t justice\u2014it\u2019s a carnival midway.<\/strong> A Third World arcade run by clowns and carnival barkers with law degrees, pulling levers and calling shots for the showman in chief.<\/span><\/p>\n

But the law isn\u2019t silent. Federal Rule 11. The Hyde Amendment, 28 U.S.C. \u00a7 1927, <\/strong>which makes lawyers personally liable when they \u201cunreasonably and vexatiously\u201d multiply proceedings. Judges already have inherent authority to punish bad-faith gamesmanship. The tools are there. What\u2019s missing is the will to use them.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bondi isn\u2019t some neutral public servant. She\u2019s Trump\u2019s ventriloquist doll<\/strong> with a law license\u2014lying, deceiving, and twisting the justice system into a weapon aimed squarely at his enemies. And every day the media, the ABA, and the courts fail to act, they aren\u2019t just complicit\u2014they\u2019re surrendering the rule of law itself.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
