The indictment accuses him of abusing animals, exploiting minors, and issuing violent online threats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1172\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Court filings allege Long engaged in animal torture, sexually exploited a minor in Washington state, and stalked and threatened a California teen online.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1199\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">If convicted, he faces:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1515\">\n<li data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1247\">\n<p data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1247\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Up to <strong data-start=\"1208\" data-end=\"1219\">7 years<\/strong> per animal-crushing count<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1248\" data-end=\"1313\">\n<p data-start=\"1250\" data-end=\"1313\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong data-start=\"1250\" data-end=\"1276\">15 to 30 years minimum<\/strong> for sexual exploitation of a minor<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1314\" data-end=\"1382\">\n<p data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1382\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Up to <strong data-start=\"1322\" data-end=\"1334\">10 years<\/strong> for possession of child exploitation material<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1383\" data-end=\"1423\">\n<p data-start=\"1385\" data-end=\"1423\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Up to <strong data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1403\">20 years<\/strong> for cyberstalking<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1424\" data-end=\"1515\">\n<p data-start=\"1426\" data-end=\"1515\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Up to <strong data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1443\">2 years<\/strong> for interstate threats<\/span><br data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1469\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Each count also carries a <strong data-start=\"1495\" data-end=\"1512\">$250,000 fine<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1601\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The case is being investigated by the <strong data-start=\"1555\"
