A trial is scheduled for Jan. 13. The post read, \u201cI\u2019m gonna blow up every synagogue in a 20-mile radius.\u201d Minutes later, he wrote, \u201cThis is a real threat, send the police and report me for terrorism.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1181\" data-end=\"1323\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Prosecutors say that roughly 10 minutes after posting the threats, King used his cellphone browser to search for nearby synagogues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" title=\"\" data-start=\"1325\" data-end=\"1624\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7857 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/FBI-Logo-289x300.png\" alt=\"FBI Latest Hate Crime Report: Hate Crimes Down Slightly in America\" width=\"289\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/FBI-Logo-289x300.png 289w, https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/FBI-Logo.png 636w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 289px) 100vw, 289px\" \/>After law enforcement contacted King and had him placed on a psychiatric hold that day, he continued posting on X, writing, \u201cI got arrested and put on a 3 day psych hold for my posts against the jews,\u201d and reposting another user\u2019s message that read, \u201cwe don\u2019t need gun control. We need jew control.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" title=\"\" data-start=\"1626\" data-end=\"1804\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Court documents say King\u2019s account had previously featured antisemitic posts, including praise for Adolf Hitler, along with images of weapons such as a handgun, knives, and mace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1806\" data-end=\"1954\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">In September and October 2025, King allegedly sent numerous racist voicemails and emails to the police detective who initiated the psychiatric hold.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" title=\"\" data-start=\"1956\" data-end=\"2052\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">An indictment is merely an allegation. King is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"2054\" data-end=\"2223\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">If convicted, he faces up to 10 years in federal prison on the charge involving fire and explosives, and up to five years each on the interstate threats and hoax counts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"2225\" data-end=\"2319\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The FBI is investigating the case, with assistance from the San Luis Obispo Police
