Hochman said in a statement. \u201cIf you choose to treat our streets like your own personal playground, you will find yourself in a criminal courtroom.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1032\" data-end=\"1305\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Prosecutors allege that during afternoon rush hour on Nov. 22, 2023, Mart\u00ednez directed several vehicles to block the northbound 110 near the 9th Street offramp.
