Authorities allege the crimes involved multiple victims.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" title=\"\" data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"671\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">\u201cThese allegations describe years of sexual abuse of children by someone who was repeatedly placed in positions of trust,\u201d Los Angeles County District Attorney <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Nathan J. Hochman<\/span><\/span> said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" title=\"\" data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"846\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Ramstead pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Monday. A judge ordered him held without bail. A bail hearing is set for Feb. 13 at the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Van Nuys Courthouse<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" title=\"\" data-start=\"848\" data-end=\"1007\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Ramstead is a firefighter-paramedic and captain with the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Pasadena Fire Department<\/span><\/span>.
