Authorities later followed him and observed him conducting additional drug transactions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" title=\"\" data-start=\"405\" data-end=\"641\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Several days later, officers saw Mercado-Chaparro remove two large garbage bags from his pickup truck and place them in a nearby Jeep.
