The judge also thanked <strong data-start=\"460\" data-end=\"472\">Juror 52<\/strong> for refusing what he described as a substantial bribe.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"z-0 flex min-h-[46px] justify-start\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">According to court documents, Farah conspired with his brothers and others during the April 2024 trial to deliver <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 21px;\" data-start=\"418\" data-end=\"460\">cash to a juror identified as Juror 52<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\"> in exchange for a not guilty verdict. Ali told the relative more money would be paid if the juror voted to acquit. Farah recorded the delivery and later sent the video to his brother.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"960\" data-end=\"1232\" data-speechifyplaybackhighlighter-highlight=\"true\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Authorities said Farah also bought a screwdriver and removed the license plate from Ali\u2019s rental car to avoid detection. After the bribery attempt was disclosed in court, Farah deleted the encrypted messaging app <strong data-start=\"1173\" data-end=\"1183\">Signal<\/strong> from his phone in an effort to destroy
