Miscalculation?<\/span><\/p>\n

Google: The Iraq-Iran War lasted eight years.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Trenches. Gas. Children sent into minefields. Cities turned into graveyards.<\/span><\/p>\n

The numbers aren’t fuzzy\u2014they’re horrifying.<\/span><\/p>\n

Estimates put the total casualties at 1-2 million<\/strong>. Roughly 500,000 dead<\/strong>, maybe more. Iran took the worst of it. Iraq didn’t walk away clean.<\/span><\/p>\n
