After loan approvals, Chakrian, Hekimyan, Victor Lossi, and Marine Sarkisian allegedly arranged fraudulent notarizations and signatures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1064\" data-end=\"1160\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Ross Tarkhan allegedly created synthetic identities to open bank accounts used to move proceeds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1162\" data-end=\"1272\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Lenders, relying on the false information, wired funds to accounts and mailboxes controlled by the defendants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1377\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">The scheme caused approximately $17.4 million in intended losses and about $6 million in actual losses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1477\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span style=\"font-size:
