He also faces misdemeanor counts of injury to a spouse or cohabitant, attempting to dissuade a victim or witness, and three counts of violating a court order not to contact the victim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" title=\"\" data-start=\"562\" data-end=\"796\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Hart pleaded not guilty at arraignment. The rabbit died of blunt-force injuries to the chest, abdomen and face.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1126\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Authorities allege Hart had assaulted his girlfriend on prior occasions.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"z-0 flex min-h-[46px] justify-start\"
