The subsequent investigation linked Frein to the shootings.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/v2EVBuagVbM\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Frein is the 503rd person to appear on the Top Ten list since it was created in 1950.
