The group is affiliated with the United Bloods Nation, according to the indictment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1059\" data-end=\"1285\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Prosecutors allege the gang operated in eastern Virginia, Maryland and Delaware and participated in killings, shootings, robberies, drug trafficking, violent assaults and weapons offenses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1306\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\"><strong>The defendants are:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1994\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1aoo7qg\" data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1397\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Christopher Clovis-Weathers Monfiston, also known as \u201cYB\u201d or \u201cTwin,\u201d 34, of Chesapeake.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"sbrfah\" data-start=\"1398\" data-end=\"1490\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Tyvon Lyncurtis Smith, also known as \u201cRich Fargo,\u201d \u201cCautious\u201d or \u201cTeddy,\u201d 34, of Parksley.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"2z4b1\" data-start=\"1491\" data-end=\"1574\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Ky\u2019riq Nygee Weathers, also known as \u201cOG Kane,\u201d \u201cRiq\u201d or \u201cRico,\u201d 29, of Parksley.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1n67swe\" data-start=\"1575\" data-end=\"1644\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Markiece Obryant Harmon, also known as \u201cIssue,\u201d 41, of Hare Valley.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"7j74h5\" data-start=\"1645\" data-end=\"1708\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Zyshon Bell, also known as \u201cProblem,\u201d 24, of Temperanceville.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ak6u6z\" data-start=\"1709\" data-end=\"1774\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Travon Bell, also known as \u201cLil Sav\u201d or \u201cSav,\u201d 22, of Parksley.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"v3ft01\" data-start=\"1775\" data-end=\"1844\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Antoine Muhammad Beverley, also known as \u201cPsycho,\u201d 30, of Onancock.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"146zlt7\" data-start=\"1845\" data-end=\"1939\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Quaizal Kellam, also known as \u201cSleaze Da Fox,\u201d \u201cFront,\u201d \u201cFrontline\u201d or \u201cQui,\u201d 25, of Exmore.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1j1tm5\" data-start=\"1940\" data-end=\"1994\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Kemyrion Boggs, also known as \u201c38,\u201d 22, of Onancock.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1996\" data-end=\"2153\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Smith, Monfiston and Weathers were charged in the original indictment. They allegedly hoped to confront a rival gang member whom they believed had assaulted Weathers two days earlier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2563\" data-end=\"2706\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">The three men allegedly hid in nearby woods before ambushing another person and shooting him multiple times. The victim died from his injuries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2708\" data-end=\"2848\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Smith, Monfiston and Weathers each face a mandatory minimum sentence of life in prison if convicted of the charges connected to the killing.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1xr7r08\" data-start=\"2850\" data-end=\"2883\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Sleeping man shot inside home<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2885\" data-end=\"2984\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-39979 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/cjnotebook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/judge-gavel-300x160.jpg\" alt=\"West Virginia Woman Took Top Secrets, Committed Kidnapping\" width=\"424\" height=\"226\" \/>The indictment also describes two alleged attacks against the home of a rival gang member\u2019s father.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2986\" data-end=\"3136\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Smith, Boggs and other alleged gang members reportedly fired at the house on Jan. 19, 2024, in an attempt to draw the rival gang member out of hiding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3138\" data-end=\"3356\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Prosecutors allege Smith, Weathers, Zyshon Bell and others returned on Feb. 11, 2024. Prosecutors said forensic testing connected some of the weapons to shootings attributed to the gang.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3822\" data-end=\"3935\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">Zyshon Bell faces up to life in prison if convicted. The remaining defendants face maximum sentences of 20 years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3937\" data-end=\"4184\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">The Accomack County Sheriff\u2019s Office led the yearslong investigation with Homeland Security Investigations. <\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3937\" data-end=\"4184\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">The case is being prosecuted in the Eastern District of Virginia under case number <strong data-start=\"4128\" data-end=\"4145\">2:25-cr-00140<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4186\" data-end=\"4329\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px;\">An indictment contains allegations, not evidence of guilt.
