Playboy Bloods street gang was sentenced on Tuesday to 23 years in prison Tuesday for racketeering conspiracy and possessing crack cocaine with the intent to distribute it, officials said.<\/div>\n<div class=\"node-title\"><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"node-title\"><strong>Markette Tillman,<\/strong> 31, of Las Vegas, Nevada, plead guilty on July 29, two days into his jury trial.<\/div>\n<div class=\"node-title\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"node-title\">Tillman also admitted to aiding and abetting in a murder of a security guard.<\/div>\n<div class=\"node-title\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"node-title\">According to Tillman\u2019s plea agreement and evidence, the Bloods is a nationally-known criminal street gang whose members engage in drug trafficking and acts of violence.<\/div>\n<div class=\"node-title\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"node-title\">The Playboy Bloods is a local \u201cset\u201d or affiliate of the national Bloods gang with local control and operation within the Las Vegas metropolitan area. \u00a0The Playboy Bloods operate primarily in the Sherman Gardens Annex, a Las Vegas public housing complex commonly called the \u201cJets.\u201d<\/div>\n<div class=\"field field--name-field-pr-body field--type-text-long field--label-hidden\">\n<div class=\"field__items\">\n<div class=\"field__item even\">\n<p>Tillman admitted that on Jan. 20, 2004, he aided and abetted the murder of a security guard at the Jets.<\/p>\n<p>The guard approached Tillman and several other Playboy Bloods and told them to leave the property. \u00a0An argument ensued and the guard rode away on his bicycle to get help. \u00a0One of the Playboy Bloods fired a gun at the guard, hitting him two times and killing him.<\/p>\n<p>Tillman further admitted that he agreed with other members of the Playboy Bloods to manufacture and distribute narcotics, primarily crack cocaine, and to operate drug houses within the Playboy Bloods\u2019 turf.<\/p>\n<p>Tillman admitted to distributing in excess of 280 grams of crack cocaine over the course of the racketeering conspiracy.<\/p>\n<p>Tillman was the last of 10 gang members charged in the indictment filed in 2008 to be sentenced.<\/p>\n<p><strong> The nine other convicted gang members received the following sentences:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Jacorey Taylor, <\/strong>aka \u201cMo-B,\u201d 31, was sentenced to life in prison on Oct. 21, 2013, after being convicted by a jury of engaging in a racketeering conspiracy, committing violent crimes in aid of racketeering activity, using a firearm during a crime of violence, engaging in a drug-trafficking conspiracy and possessing crack cocaine with the intent to distribute it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Steven Booth<\/strong>, aka \u201cStevie-P,\u201d 27, was sentenced to 20 years in prison on April 10, 2013, after pleading guilty to engaging in a racketeering conspiracy involving two murders.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reginald Dunlap<\/strong>, aka \u201cBowlie,\u201d 30, was sentenced to 20 years in prison on April 9, 2013, after pleading guilty to engaging in a racketeering conspiracy involving one murder.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Demichael Burks<\/strong>, aka \u201cMikey P,\u201d 29, was sentenced to 6 \u00bd years in prison on Dec. 3, 2010, after pleading guilty to engaging in a racketeering conspiracy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anthony Mabry<\/strong>, aka \u201cAkim Slim,\u201d 43, was sentenced to 14 years in prison on Oct. 20, 2010, after pleading guilty to engaging in a racketeering conspiracy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delvin Ward<\/strong>, aka \u201cD-Luv,\u201d 37, was sentenced to 11 years in prison on Sept. 17, 2010, after pleading guilty to engaging in a racketeering conspiracy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Terrence Thomas,<\/strong> aka \u201cSeven,\u201d 40, was sentenced to 10 years in prison on June 16, 2010, after pleading guilty to engaging in a drug-trafficking conspiracy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sebastian Wigg<\/strong>, aka \u201cRock,\u201d 36, was sentenced to five years in prison on March 29, 2010, after pleading guilty to engaging in a drug-trafficking conspiracy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fred Nix<\/strong>, aka \u201cJune P,\u201d 36, was sentenced to five years in prison on March 29, 2010, after pleading guilty to engaging in a drug-trafficking
