In the fractured, Swiss cheese brain of Dementia Don, this isn’t about “accountability” or “consequences for attacking law enforcement.” Not in the slightest. It’s about a crass, soulless, and power-drunk thug clawing for revenge — revenge for the United States rejecting him, for Pence refusing to be his puppet, and for failing to crown himself emperor of a country built on democracy.
He reveled in the chaos when police officers were under attack. He basked in the violence when his unleashed mob — a horde of goons and crazies — stormed the U.S. Capitol. Officers were injured, lives were destroyed, and some even lost their lives. Yet, here he stands, pardoning violent criminals as though their acts of brutality were badges of honor.
This grotesque betrayal spits in the face of everything so many have fought and died for. Those names etched into the Vietnam Veterans Memorial — all 58,318 of them — stand as a testament to the ultimate sacrifice for values Trump tramples with every vile act.
And yet, perhaps the more gut-wrenching question is this: why did the Fraternal Order of Police endorse him again in 2024? After watching their own brothers and sisters beaten, bloodied, and battered on January 6th, how could they believe that this hateful, vindictive, and mentally unhinged man would ever champion them?
What does this say about the police union? About those who were supposed to stand as a bastion of justice and integrity?
